Land is not depreciable. But if an owner claims 90% of a property's value is improvements, when it's only 50%, he can effectively depreciate land. Moreover tax rules allow him to depreciate those improvements much faster than they actually lose value. Then he can sell the property for its true much higher value, and the new owner can overdepreciate it all over again.Polly Clevelandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09838936194993712353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8773625527617286057.post-86408215397483555632020-10-20T11:44:04.017-07:002020-10-20T11:44:04.017-07:00NICE!NICE!D Posnetthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08615699132026139940noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8773625527617286057.post-23262201791762447232020-05-13T01:30:13.804-07:002020-05-13T01:30:13.804-07:00niceniceAlia parkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02326303770549335930noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8773625527617286057.post-1994040189990382122020-04-05T16:50:32.358-07:002020-04-05T16:50:32.358-07:00Can't deaths be misleading too? Providers will typically not permit them to be used in case of infectious disease for that reason, but we'll see if they break their rules in negative-pressure wards where the providers are already wearing protection. Also, it would be worth your treating the issue of MacGyver'd ventilators. Quite a number of inventors have suggested quick and dirty alternatives, but intensivists are terrified these homebrew units will blow out people's lungs because they are unregulated (in the engineering sense). Far better to invoke the DPA and get the classic blueprints built by the car or aerospace companies pronto, no? This along with the roughly half the American population (by some polls) that believe all the reports about the pandemic are "fake news," means that this country is facing a dilemma that obtains to a far lesser degree elsewhere. Nations where there is also a high distrust of official sources of news -- Iran perhaps? -- may face similar challenges. Although not likely possible, what would the incidence of viral contraction look like if it was somehow related to political orientation ! Some paper books are being sold along with e-books at a combined price. Revisions are being priced profitably for books that go into revisions as are books with audio companions. The current practices are all experimental and very different in countries with high levels of book reading such as Japan and Israel.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03235834622115978598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8773625527617286057.post-4103229816496758242014-05-15T23:03:06.179-07:002014-05-15T23:03:06.179-07:00Jerry was one of a kind. Have you read the 1996 Leslie and Karg article referenced this week in Vivek Wadhwa's opinion piece in MIT Tech Review?
