When I was in Washington in 1964-1969, I got to know an economist named Frank Schiff. I just found out that he died this month six years ago. His obituary was in the Boston Globe.
My reason for noting this right now is that a friend of mine in Boston is trying to trace Frank's brother Ray (aka Reinhold) Schiff. I thought I would use my blog followers to see if anyone could help.
