This YouTube video sent to me by my sister Brigid was filmed by some smart filmmakers at a supermarket in Latin America (Brazil). It shows shoppers being offered fresh pork–so fresh that the piglet is made into sausage on the spot. The mostly silent–at first–reaction of shoppers speaks loudly to what we don't know today about the source and processing of our food.
