This would be the 7th month of 200K+ job increases.
The jobs increase has dropped the unemployment rate by 1.1 percentage points, to 6.2 percent in July.
The next month, October 3, jobs report may be more significant as post-Labor-Day hiring will be reflected.
As the chart at left shows, the United States has gained 9.2 million jobs since the low point of the recession in 2010.
